Yutori is a Japanese word that means “spaciousness” or “room to breathe”. Sitting at the foot of Mount Marsden, our rural Australian property spans 150 acres, allowing plenty of room to breathe and reset.
Whether it’s an escape from the hustle of the city you are craving or simply to get in touch with nature our tiny homes are luxuriously appointed yet still remote enough to feel primal.
Discover wombat burrows and curious mobs of grey kangaroos. Mounds of blackberry brambles and silver dollar gums are sprouting from the soil. Wedge-tailed eagles soar above a trio of alpacas.

Yutori offers two thoughtfully designed tiny homes- Ukiyo and Yutori Cabin- Set on 150 private acres in the Capertee Valley. 3.5 hours from Sydney and 50 minutes from Mudgee. Each home is fully self- contained and positioned 1.5km apart ensuring complete privacy and uninterrupted connection to the land.
Each cabin equipped with its own private woodfired sauna and ice bath—a ritual loved by those seeking nervous system recovery, deep rest. Guests also have access to our shared onsite gym, available if you wish to stay active during your stay.
The property is alive with wildlife—kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, and wedge-tailed eagles are regular visitors. Just a short drive away you’ll find award winning wineries and world heritage listed national park.
