Private off-grid cabin with sauna, ice bath, gym & valley views — surrounded by wildlife, perfect for deep rest and reconnection.

Ukiyo sits at the far end of the property—quiet, private, and surrounded by nature.
Accessible by 4WD via a 1.5km unsealed road, the terrain isn’t rough but can become slippery in wet conditions. Every bend brings you closer to calm. Here, the land moves slowly—and invites you to do the same.

Wombats burrow by the dam.
Kangaroos pass gently at dawn and dusk.
Cows graze in the paddocks, and on clear days, the Capertee Valley glows off to the west—the widest canyon in the world.

Positioned for sunrises and sunsets, it’s a ritual that invites presence, peace, and nervous system recovery.

🚫 Not Pet-Friendly
To protect native wildlife and maintain a peaceful environment, Ukiyo is not pet-friendly.

This cabin is accessible by a simple 1.5km dirt road. We have listed it as 4wd access as the dirt road can become slippery and boggy in a few areas after heavy rain otherwise it is easily accessible. 

- We are off grid. 100% solar. While we have the luxuries of aircon etc however the aircon cant be left on overnight to cool the cabin as this will drain the solar. Throughout the day is no issue.
